Over the course of 2021, ballast will be releasing eight limited edition lathe cut 7" records.
the participants are as follows:
Maria Chavez (with Devin Kenny)
Joe Colley
Jeph Jerman
Bonnie Jones
Eric Lunde
Hali Palombo
Vanessa Rossetto
SICKNESS
there will be 26 copies of each release fabricated, with 19 copies of each release available for sale.
Each release will:
1) come with supplemental, complementary embellishments from each artist (be it audio, video, textural, or combinations thereof)
2) be signed and lettered by the artist, and
3) have packaging designed (and in some cases created) by the artist.
As with any ballast release, reflecting the artist's vision and intention is the umbrella under which I operate.
Each release will be priced at $33.
However, I am offering a prepaid subscription option of all eight for $200 (within the US, shipping included).

I am open to discussing payment plans so as not to overwhelm anyone's bank acct.
If you are outside of the US, obviously I want to avoid astronomically horrendous shipping costs. My plan, therefore, is that I hold each copy aside and send them all at once in a single package. The final shipping cost for folks outside of the US will then be calculated based on final destination once all are packed up.
The subscription, however, is the best way to be guaranteed a copy of each release.
Another goal I am working on is to provide subscribers with the same letter for each lathe in the series, but that's gonna take some more logistics with the artists.
At present, Eric Lunde's lathe is in production, Jeph Jerman looks to be up next, and either Hali Palombo or Vanessa Rossetto will likely be next in sequence.
