Does anyone has any info on this project?

I'm reading the magazine Audio View edition 2 from 1994 (I think so, not sure not mentioned anywhere) there is a short review about a tape called "Waffenstilstand bei Interkommunikativer Plansollüberfüllung" which sounds like a pretty powerful tape if you the tekst, yet there doesn't seem to be a lot on the internet bout it.

QuoteTotally nuts and freaked out German Noise and electronics. Side A features experiments of each 2 minutes, so 15 lo-fi out of mind electronic tracks, and Side B contains ALL B-Sides of all 14 standard tapes by Endzeitsgeneratives PDSI Kombinat, completely and on the same time. Result: harsh, but harsh (!) electronic powernoise. My ears... [CAT KILLER -from Essen, Germany]

Apparently Cat Killer seems to be the label (Discogs), but couldn't find anything on the tape there. Maybe on of you guys have more info about it? (well, it's an old tape so if not no worries)

Endzeitsgeneratives PDSI Kombinat ...Endzeitgeneration, DSIP (see discogs; probably a collab of both(+) or some other side project not listed yet).

Siegmar Fricke is member in DSIP, but also did ton of releases by himself. I recall I probably linked his interview earlier on some topic, but I guess no problem to remind. Jan Kruml's ELECTRONIC TUESDAY radio program has some good interviews of experimental / industrial / noise.
