Pedal/stompbox/tabletop noise synth with a 1/4" input

Anyone know of a pedal based noise synth that has a 1/4" input to run things through it? I'm thinking in terms of a Rucci step synth, minimal or maximal drone, etc. so preferably homemade, under $150, bought direct from seller. Trying to run a contact mic through it and then run the synth through pedals. Would love the immediacy of a contact mic metal chain into a synth.

I've run a few searches in the forum and didn't come up with anything. Thinking if we compiled a list of a few synths here it could help others.

I have bought a few items from this seller. Solid build quality, super gnarly sounds, very friendly and helpful guy if you have any questions. And his creations are very affordable too.

There are other options that I am aware of, but unfortunately you'll have to cough up a little (or a lot) more than $150.

I was checking out his etsy shop earlier. Evidently I didn't look close enough at the specs to see that a couple of the synths have 1/4" inputs. Right now he seems to be in a pre-build phase. Most of the items are for preorder. I'll have to look into these further.

Yeah, typically you have to wait a couple of weeks after placing your order with him. He has lots of designs and most of them won't be available immediately. Also he can make many of them with optional extras like audio in, CV in, guitar pedal type stompbox switch etc.

Was able to pick up a JMT Synth NVO-1 demo model for $170 from Perfect Circuit in California. Waiting for it to arrive. That guy's circuit design and build quality looks incredible.

Does this one have an audio input? I mean it looks like it does, but there's no mention of it on the product page.

I had his UNVO synth but sold it because of the goofy-sounding "sweep" function (I think that's what it was called). Replaced it with the SNB3 which I'm much happier with. The build quality indeed is top notch. And these things are LOUD, almost too much since it can be a challenge to get them to behave in a mix with other "normal" equipment. 

This is what I've been having my eye on recently. The price is a bit hefty though, and then there'd be the whole palaver with customs, taxes etc. Still, I haven't ruled it out.

I have had the Shard in my euro rig since it came out. I like it but not as much as I wish I did. It's interesting and I like the interface (although it's a cramped euro module) but I wish its distortion sounded different, which is also something I wish when I hear most of noise-making devices being sold. I'd say it's because of the design choices behind their distortion, which I'm not happy  with in general (I don't like "buzzy" noise devices nor the sound of power-starving.)

I have the desktop version, I find the distortion is adequate yet far better than a lot of these noise units which are just glorified fuzz boxes.
