where can one buy any Streicher releases? (obviously not discogs)

I think it was mentioned it is compilation of earliest Streicher tapes. This means Streicher BEFORE skinhead/ns type materials. I assume many do know, that many of those tapes were released first under other name, as instrumental tapes. Then those versions deleted and vocals recorded and artwork changed and tapes came out with different names. Some tracks are almost the same as in originals, but many have the vocals and some adjustments.

So, this seems to be the most comprehensive thread on Streicher. I'm doing some research / sampling. I'm thinking about buying*.

Does anyone else have general critical comments?

*(Perhaps the police will come to my door if I hit "buy"? Seems that Streicher is one of the "naughty" ones? I'm automatically an Antifa/terrorist for making this post?)

Edit: Fuckit, I bought:

Legion St. George / Gnadelos
Ironclad / Bulldog Breed
Oi Terroristen / Blood & Honour

I'm attracted to the rawness / simplicity of what I heard. And I really enjoyed an interview. Very thoughtful and enlightening. Plus, I should have some Noise from Down Under.

Someone is knocking....

Indeed some topics/titles may be not understood by customs if they open shipment. B&H has sort of t3rr0rist organization status now in the UK. Also about year ago authorities did visit some customers who bought naughty noise. BUT anyone ordering titles can ask to pack discreetly. Even hiding covers behind other cd covers.

My feeling is...fuckem. If the labels that put this out are still out of jail, then I'm not worried about what the authorities might think.

For the record, I got these used at S+W.

Edit: Fuckit, I also got Der Stürmer / Hammerskins / Compilations Of 90's.

Cranial Blast

I've still got some copies in the CB distro for those in looking for some Streicher CDs.

(I don't want to turn this into politics, but I would be much less angry and more concerned if certain "leaders" in certain countries-that-used-to-be-great didn't act (and even look/dress!) like fucking Nazis.)

I'm going to go on my maiden Streicher voyage now that I have found some CDs, thank you very much, S+W Used, which is an absolute treasure trove.

My Streicherthon will be these over the next 2 days:

1. Legion St. George / Gnadelos

2. Oi Terroristen / Blood & Honour

3. Ironclad / Bulldog Breed

4. Der Stürmer / Hammerskins / Compilations Of 90's

This thread initially focussed on availability, but because this is the most Streicherly thread I have found, I was thinking about putting brief reactions to each CD here.

Unless someone tells me otherwise!?

Streicher reviews always welcome.

Availability is often related to where one lives. Often in Finland it is easy to buy slightly more controversial or spicy releases, while in many other countries there are no distros selling such items. Sometimes they are, but under the counter, to customers who asked for it. Not listing in their catalogues to avoid stirring polemic among noise listeners.

Currently all Streicher reissues CD's are easily available, both, for retail and for any distributors who want to stock them. Industrial Recollections titles are carried by nhfastore, shipping worldwide. Other dealers must know who to ask.

Thank you Sir!

I can't figure out, after close study, if my CDs are the recent reissues or the 2009 jobs, even after studying liner notes and CD etchings. I suspect 2009, due to slight wear and fade, but is there really any difference?

first pressings are white paper, silk/"glossy" type. 2025 pressings are offset paper slightly creamy tone, like book pages or such, instead of smooth snow-white. Or lets say, easiest was to figure out is it new or old press, is that old ones have transparent tray and graphics under it. 2025 has black tray.

Dude! You See Things!

In that case, I seem to be 2009 for 1-3 as listed, but 2025 for 4.

But really, no differences for the CD, right?

Excellent, thanks.

Legion St. George / Gnadelos:

I've enjoyed my recent Grey Wolves and Genocide Organ a-thons. Those Artists have made some wonderful albums that I know I will cherish until my dying breath.

But this is really my sandbox! 😂 I'm hearing some very lofi / primitive / basic / filthy sounding shit right here.

Early New Blockaders ish, but like just one brother. With a short snippet of song here and there.

Here we have a 1993 album and a 1992 single/EP. Discogs has different track durations for the original Legion St. George. Hmm.

Voice / song / samples are sparing and effective.

Purebreed is especially wonderful wreckage and debris. And this mayhem intensifies in Bootlickers Action. Mr Xane does junkyard destruction with the best of them.

Gnadelos appears to be a bit more synth / sample heavy, but the 56min disc has a lovely flow / arc to it. We end with an anthem! 😂

This is my shit!

Oi Terroristen / Blood & Honour:

Here we have a single/EP from 1995 and an LP from 1997.

Erm...the start of this is rather silly and annoying. 😂 When Mr Xane recites his "poetry", I yearn for the stuff that I already know that he is great at. This ain't it. "Oi Noise" indeed!

At least Skragkraft descends (ascends?) into an interesting sonic swirl.

Thankfully, the LP that follows is fucking wonderful. A tornado of filth. A blurry grey wall. I hear voices every now and then. Mysterious and captivating sound. I love that it goes on and on. Give me an hour of this!

LP is 2x23min tracks.

Wait. Wtf? So Blood abruptly ends, and Honour...is...a...piano...piece? 😳  It's lovely. Is that Mr Xane playing? I'm just fucking floored!

Eventually a Noise swirl creeps up. This has Gerog vibes for me. I'm really impressed with the two completely disparate LP tracks here. This takes balls!!!

Honour is fantatic. Gerog would blush. The ambient soundings eventually take over, but they don't drown out the piano.

I'm amazed that we have "Oi" and this beard-stroking beauty on the same CD. Wow! What a ride!

Blood And Honour needs to be recognized as a monumental work! I know this sounds OTT, but deal with it. 😂

Fuuuuck!!

Ironclad / Bulldog Breed:

Here we have a 1999 LP followed by a 1996 EP (or short LP?). A 72min CD! These CDs are very generous.

Aaah...perfect for a Sunday morning. A "soft" wall. Feels like I'm in a snowy field battling a strong wind.

A subdued feedback piece follows, sustaining this calm mood.

The 3rd piece seems to be a combination of the first two: soft wall with feedback emerging from time to time. I think I hear voices? I love this.

The 4th (all of side B) piece starts with a short speech before descending into something dense and sinister. Side A was the warmup. I love the structure / flow of this LP.

Confession time: I just found out that Mikko does these IR releases. No wonder he has the answers. 😂

Victory In Our Time is lovely. Sounds like divebombers in there. Or murder-hornets? Ironclad is a superb LP. Will Bulldog Breed enhance this mood?...

The mood darkens. Tension rises. Skinheads With Pride "fits". Mr Xane espouses some kind of important message while standing in a ship's boiler room or some kind of factory. 😂 The maelstrom nearly drowns him out. (Perhaps thankfully.) Ok...he gets to go solo at the very end.

Glorious Albion ends the proceedings... Is that Neville Chamberlin speaking? Ah! The King also appears. And the young Queen! This is 1939, right? There's a quiet din beneath these speeches. In a strange way this weird piece is a perfect ending to this long CD. World War II divebomber sounds appear around the various speakers. Does Mr Xane have a secret sympathy and admiration for these people? Isn't he supposed to be a Nazi? Churchill appears. An old song. A church service? If I played this for my mother she might tear up! God Save The King!!! Mr Xane...you softie!
