Hypertrophy (NY), and Richard Kamerman (NYC), are flying into the southern USA for a brief tour through Oklahoma and Texas, along with Postule (Houston). This is a rare treat, and these four shows are stacked with great acts from the south so don't miss it if you're in the area.

Hypertrophy is the conceptual noise project of Anthony Saunders (Bastard Noise, EID) centered on the themes of body building and power lifting. An avid power lifter himself, Saunders draws on the cultures of extreme exercise and channels it through a highly technical approach to cut up techniques and harsh noise textures.
Richard Kamerman has been breaking electronics and crashing computers while trying to coax interesting and unpredictable sounds out of them since the early 2000s. Occasionally, he has also presented himself as a more serious composer of re-performable written music. Keywords: amplification, magnification, obfuscation, systems design, game theory, patterns, human error, accident, failure. Although remaining a firm believer in the axiom that "one man's trash is another man's treasure," he long ceased collecting his instruments from piles of junk left on the curb, fearing he might bring home bedbugs. In collaboration with Michael Foster, Richard is also half of The New York Review of Cocksucking and curatorial project Queer Trash.
Postule is the harsh noise project of Zach Guttowsky (Glasgow Smile, Burial Recordings), from Houston, TX
