FS : Peter Sotos Selfish, Little

I would like to sell Peter Sotos book Selfish, Little.
It's a first edition, hardcover (black and white) and signed by the author. I saw a post here from august 2024 telling that eBay can remove some Peter Sotos books sales, does anyone know about it ? How do you proceed here to sell stuff in other way than eBay ?
I'm not at all used to selling or buying things on the internet and here in France I don't know of any specialized bookstore that would be interested in buying this book from me.
If anyone can help, thanks for your advices

About the book:

I bought this book in the spring of 2005 in NYC, there was a meeting in a bar where Peter Sotos was selling this book and signing them. So it says my first name, Raphaelle, and just "merci" in French. With his signature.
So that was 20 years ago, and as you can see, it's in impeccable condition because I couldn't read it due to my insufficient level of English, I had to wait for the French translation. So it sat in a bookcase in my house for 20 years, untouched, unread, as good as new.
