It is curious to hear some of the perspectives for cancelations. In case of Gaya, it always surprised me, that when her "crime" appeared to be merely booking the best, the most famous and the most wanted artists of the time. Her way of doing things and crew she was working with and all that was the most diverse and openminded.. In such case, how would people accept that person like that is being canceled, without dudes who do so not being ridiculed. It should be mandatory artists know that these dudes will stab you in the back, as soon as they feel they are obligated to do so, for whatever petty reason. Including personal grudges. Like dudes canceling Vomir, what a joke. It's pretty refreshing to hear someone like The Rita not willing to play that game as he probably knows if Whitehouse, Con-Dom, SJ and Vomir is out, then wtf? Why not all the other noise & PE.
In my case, thing is somewhat different. Anyone even toying with idea to book me play live (or do whatever), are unlikely to be shocked to find out not everybody likes my entire hefty CV.
