This whole Luka thing has been one of the most fascinating human interest stories as of late, at least for us Canadians. Too much is never enough. I don't know where you find all this stuff, but please keep it coming.
Though I thought the Russell Williams story was a lot of fun, especially seeing as how he was the queen's personal pilot for a time. The pictures of him in women's underwear are hilarious contrasted to the photos of him and the queen.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRgRXgi5j2wStill, he looks like a sissy compared to Luka, which is odd because he's a big burly army guy with a cop/Henry Rollins type jaw and Luka is diminutive and effeminate.
Robert "Willie" Pickton had some funny lines ("Pickton spoke in difficult-to-understand sentences, and said odd things, like "I'm mind-baffling," and "It's nice to have nose hair" while picking his nose. The Crown argued the jury could believe Pickton's confessions because prosecutors proved at least one of the stories he told to police was accurate: that two small pigs were let loose in the Downtown Eastside on Christmas Eve 1997. Pickton bragged about police chasing after his pigs, and said in a sing-song voice: " 'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the streets not a soul to be found except two little pigs and two working girls." I think once when talking about letting the pigs loose and the subsequent attempts by the police to capture them he said something like "It's hilarious to watch the pigs chasing some pigs.") but nothing as mind-blowing as any of the Luka stuff.
Luka is a national treasure, but I'm glad he's caught because I like kittens.
