Holland has tons of stuff of noise/noisy stuff and long history too. I think some of the labels mentioned below have done extensive job for noise of all sorts. Maybe that some of it happened long ago - like close to 30 years ago - makes these works distant for younger folks?
KORM PLASTICS label since mid 80's put out tons of stuff of also PE. Also internationaö a'la Death Pact International tape '86, Nails Ov Christ,.. etc
V2-Archief was another good label from mid 80's to forward. Nowadays different people run this and it has transformed into something else. Multimedia info center or whatever? Early days include releases of Merzbow, Eric Lunde, Laibach, Test Dept, Vivenza, Chop-Shop, and countless more.
Staalplaat exists since 2004 in Germany, but started and operated their most famous era in Netherlands. Since 80's put out great stuff. On their own label and also re-issues. NON, Korpses Katatonik, Master/Slave Relationship, Muslimgauze, Autopsia, Blackhouse, Zoviet-France, Etat Donnes, Nocturnal Emissions, Controlled Bleeding, Le Syndicat, John Duncan, etc etc etc..
could mention more labels too, but if talking of artists, lets say worth to check out instantly would be:
DMDN
Kapotte Muziek
THU-20 (especially old)
Beequeen
ODAL
..more.
From newer ones, I guess obviously would be TERG and BITTER, right? Fuckn'Bastrds is sometimes noise.
I'm sure there exists Dutch noise comp. For examples Dutch Fidelity 7" I have still in stock at FA. It's 7" from 2002. Even if it includes also electronic music ("techno") it is most of all abstract noise/electronic with 14 projects doing short assaults.
DMDN and Kapotte Muziek are still active. New DMDN 7" where he remixed KM that just came out in January is very good. I have been told he is also working with his new noise release!
