Unless the idea is to completely abolish public discourse, it is probably not a very good idea to force political opponents to be more careful and thought-out while allowing your ideological mates to behave any which way. I believe this will become increasingly self-evident in the coming years in most Western countries run by folks who think that think speech laws are the greatest thing since sliced bread. They're really not, even to serve the purpose for which they were intended.

The judge that found the Nazi pug so 'grossly offensive' did not have the same type of comments for a man with thousands of KP images on his computer that was before him last year.

Seems to me, the dog should be punished, too. He could have easily just left the room & refused to be indoctrinated but then again, pugs have a lot of issues (breathing, eyes)so, I guess, he is marginalized & oppressed by his slaver.
