I picked up "Pariah Demise" recently which I'm listening to right now and enjoying. Not sure why I didn't bother to check out this years ago when I saw it in different catalogs. I see that there are several other releases including some more recent albums...any opinions?

I wasn't aware of any more recent releases, but I have most of their CDs and tapes. Haven't been listening to them in a long time, but the Pain Implantations CD on Malignant was the one I kept returning to, so that's my pick of the crop. You can get it for next to nothing on discogs.
