I'm not confident prices will be significantly different from distributors, given there's no real price break on postage for quantities - although I am encouraging distributors to take via surface mail if they can handle the extra weeks wait.

If you want me to let you know a surface mail cost for a single copy, get in touch.  It's roughly half the postage cost from memory.
