La sede della radio è uno scantinato umido in Via Sebastiano Serlio 64, nell' hinterland bolognese.
La piccola emittente radiofonica dell'"ala creativa" del movimento, vuole farsi portavoce di una veduta in grande stile per ciò che concerne avere una sana e buona tossicodipendenza. L'intelligence di Baby Redio è composta da tre volti, fino al momento ancora anonimi, i cui nomi sono Ode, e i fratelli Antonio e Patrizio Luppolo, quest'ultimo portavoce "free" dell'emittente nonché ex disc jockey degli anni '90. Proprio la carriera da dj fallito, porta Patrizio ad avvicinarsi alle sostanze , e dopo aver suonato anni di scarichissimi dj set house, minimal, hot latino, techno tribe nelle varie comunità di recupero, egli decide di dedicarsi completamente alla sua dipendenza da eroina e di lui non si hanno più tracce, sino appunto alla nascita di Baby Redio grazie all'aiuto dei suoi compari.
