Is the essence in a certain filthy/deathly feeling of the sound or is it rather depedent on recording technique, or both? Specific concepts dealt with?I wouldn't mind an answer to this so far un-answered question myself. I've always quite liked the name "Post Mortem", more so than Power Electronics or Industrial or any of the other usual terms used, but it's only ever been mentioned in passing, that I've read. I suppose it's one of those off-the-cuff terms that are usually invented but it would be nice to see a more definite definition. My usual reading of it is just another way of saying Death Industrial.
