There's been several of these crossover type pf events in Gothenburg over the years. Kristian Olsson has exhibited his visual work at both Utmarken and at NEJD (which is a venue for a bunch of artists who all work in different mediums - sculpting, painting, sound, video, collage, installations etc - and of which a few are also recording noise/industrial artists). I think I have the color printed compendium made for the Utmarken exhibition somewhere.
NEJD had a brilliant exhibition a few years ago. Dan Johansson/Sewer Election for example had a room where his uncanny drawings were shakily video projected onto the walls while equally shaky reel tape compositions were playing. Simple but very effective and evocative stuff.
Another hard working local guy is Markus Samnell (Feberdröm, Mottled Legs, Khmer Noir and until recently part of the mentioned NEJD collective) who's seemingly always working on his next performance act, video work or visual exhibition where his industrial/noise/sound work often comes hand in hand.
There's also "the new guy" Incipientium. Not an exhibiting artist (yet), but he places just as much emphasis on his video work as he does on his actual music when he performs. Not just a slideshow of pics that fit the noise, but proper video works edited on analogue equipment, with each chapter corresponding with each part of his noise set. Very effective, I think.
