From the artists you specifically referenced, like Esplendor Geometrico, or tracks from Throbbing Gristle like "What A Day," hands down the best modern artist I've heard in that style is the American artist Corporate Park, which has some excellent releases on Virtues Label. You can find and listen to them easily on bandcamp.

I'm familiar with them via Beau Wanzer whose work could *almost* make it in this discussion, though he's a bit more on the techno side, i really dig his stuff for sure. I'll look into Corporate Park more thoroughly.
