Can't say anything new about Con-Dom yet, but with GW, it may be issue of not having easy access for the masters. I suppose GW isn't the most organized entity and it is possible that LP master doesn't exist? I don't know, but wouldn't be surprised. When Hospital reissued Catholic.. it was done carefully, collecting all the tracks from various DAT tapes and scanning art professionally. Now making reissue of that is easy when its all done, but with Age... it may be that there are some challenges involved.
Old CDR reissues had different track order. I don't know, but I would suspect there may have been master for LP done in studio and at that time DAT tapes often remained at vinyl factory and never returned.
I do not have anymore the CDR version done by band. There is rip of it at youtube, and sound it utter garbage compared to LP, hah. There is that constant glitchy distortion on top of everything that is not meant to be there. As if CDR was decayed OR it was digitized with worst possible toy turntable and added digital noise on top. The actual sound is distant and tinny and when compared to LP itself, LP sounds way way heavier and in your face.

If nobody would have the master tapes, I suspect it would be doable to have rip of LP by someone with good quality turntable. Not very huge job to get it done.
I do not know, but I suspect, that why it is not reissued, could have something to do with LP having parts of songs that are illegal to distribute and perform in Germany.
