CIA Dry Ice System came from outer space.
The founder Ziggy Atem is a schizophrenic who has spent time in and out of mental hospitals. He claims he is an alien from outer space who is living on earth.
The co-founder Muneharu Yuba was also suffering from severe schizophrenia, including setting fire to his house due to auditory hallucinations. On October 20, 2012, Muneharu was found dead in his home. The day before his death, he left a short message to his online fan community saying "Goodbye". He was 46 years old.
