Genocide Organ - God Sent Us, classic, never gets old. The movie the sample was taken from is also great.
I'll also go with the following:
- Zyklon SS - Bring Back the Camps
- Scatmother - Orifice Daughter Initiation (on Purulent Sublimity album), in terms of brutality
- Scatmother & Pissoir Rouge - Toxic Masculinity (on s/t collaborative album)
Although not titles per se, past weeks on-repeat listening was Splinter vs Stalin "Eravamo Cosi' Felici" album, described as Italian depressive Power Electronics. Title itself translates to "We were so happy". The song titles are not very evocative per se if you're not familiar with the story behind, but they do tend to give so chills when you do become aware what are they about: ex "La croce" ("The cross") refers to this repeated line "La croce é l'ascensore che ti porta in cielo" ("The cross is the elevator that bring you to Heaven")
This album has got me obsessed.
