Recently I was revisiting Blod - My Beloved Daughters and pondering how he is kept in high consideration by his fellow Swedish artists (TC, HKSO and the likes) while he is not mentioned that often as other short lived yet relatively early projects, such as David Gilden's (at least in recent times), just to mention a name.
What do you think? Is he really one of the best noise projects ever come out of Sweden?

The  best noise coming from sweden,  very short living , very underground. Year for year waiting for New Material  - Nothing came up , not even any news . Love this Blod Project . . .

I bought one BLOD LP couple years ago thinking I missed something I dont have, and jeeeeeesus what a disappointment! Haha
Now I do understand why topic has the true Blod real name specified as one may find that other Blod also from swedish noise related distros.

Harsh noise Blod, good indeed, but even as fan of compact songs, I often found Blod songs notch too short.

I just have the Blod - Romantic & Deranged 7". Just played it after seeing this topic. Perfect harsh noise. No complaints. I also have a few records of the other Blod, which I also used to like, although I don't care so much about his recent stuff.

I think the best Blod stuff is the Vildhavre LP in the box set which contains all the compilation tracks. I should give that a spin.

More noise should smell like strawberry

Exactly my thoughts.
Tracks are really to short.
Once you started to get in the mood, it's over.
By the way, great project.
