I wasn't sure whether to post this here, or somewehre else entirely.
Old Skull were an American punk rock novelty band formed in the late 1980s in Madison, Wisconsin. The band was started by ten-year-old J.P. (Jean-Paul) Toulon and his nine-year-old brother, Jamie Toulon, with encouragement from their father Vern Toulon, a longtime member of the Madison punk scene who had spent time in New York City, where he was a guitarist for the industrial band Missing Foundation. They put out two albums: "Get Outta Skool" in 1989, and then "CIA Drugfest" in 1992. Both albums were produced by their father, and released on Restless Records. They got some airplay on MTV, toured a bit, even went to Japan, and then later all 3 Toulons pretty much wound up homeless, hooked on drugs, and dead.
check out some of their stuff:

I really wanna hear what you all can do with this stuff. Just pick a song off of one of their two albums, and have fun with it. I'm hoping to put this out on cassette eventually, but for the time being i will be posting it on bandcamp.

http://amishrobots.freeforums.org/index.phpI mean I really think this is great stuff to do covers of; you can just get so creative with this material. Polish it up and make real songs, or just go wild with it like they did. Inject more noise and drone and cacophony into badly shouted lyrics about killing dead eagles and top it off with some totally random drumming. I see their music as a potential playground upon which to live out all sorts of demented fantasies. And if it all works out, maybe we can package the album with really high quality gold electroplated jewelry to promote our new movie about pro-wrestling killer alien zombies!
