Ulula (aka Bast) returns with her first full-length album of her solo folk music. Known for releases on the VRT and Violent Revolution International labels that proceeded Human Ignorance, "Dragon Below" is a turn toward more developed traditional song structures and atmospheres within the context of drone and experimental compositions that continues the aims and goals of the Ulula project. Another kind of different release for the Human Ignorance label, "Dragon Below" expands on many of the ideas and concepts that are illustrated and referenced to in the larger Human Ignorance catalog. Some noisy aspects, but overall this a record of cyclical, psychedelic death-folk. Comes with an extensive booklet with additional artwork and lyrics.
