Have given this some listens now...and I particularly like this filthy tape.Really scratched an itch so to speak.
Good job on sounds...also covers/insert are pretty to look at.

Glad to see some kind words on this thread. There are more copies left, so if anyone is interested, please let me know.

I've listened to this 4 times within the past 3 or so hours. Great stuff, pure and furious. I guess that it is some of the best PE I have heard in awhile from a group that isn't on the "holy trinity" of labels I love. Keep it up Clo.

Sorry to hi-jack the thread but while some see this type of "fanatism" for a certain type of labels, groups and esthetics, some see it as plain stupid.

Regardless, it doesn't make it any easier on me. 2xCS CG set, set for the future. Could be awhile though.

Also, this release will be available at Freak Animal and RRRecords in the very near future.

I listen to tons of labels and I never said that I don't buy music on other labels, its just that I can always assume that IOPS, Filth & Violence and TF/PE will release material that I will more than likely love. I don't see how that is stupid.

A dandy review from our friends over at Vital Weekly! Apparently, when they forwarded this tape to "jliat," they neglected to include the sheet of information that I included- but that doesn't matter- he didn't like it anyways. In our defense though, he starts off on the wrong foot- "two badly Xeroxed sheets"- those bad boys were pro-printed!

CIOGOELACH - CO? WOMB OF THE GRAVE (Cassette by Waterpower)
The packaging of this cassette was two badly Xeroxed sheets of B&W pictures of what I think are naked and semi naked female cadavers who have met violent ends, being for various reasons a little low I expected from this a cathartic and violent scoundscape fitting of these images, what I got was lo-fi rumble, noise and ambience, bit like a water fall, with faint industrial field sounds,  evidence of some looping, but nothing totalising and violent.  The gentility of the ambient loops are just annoying, and I forget but rectify, the title above is what I could make of unreadable text, it's a very disappointing piece, the tape is saturated to the extent that it is a lo-fi mud, which it might meant to be? Just as is the title?  As such it succeeds, which probably means its very good, bit like the beauty of a
tidal river with its mud patterns, debris and shopping trolleys.... (jliat)

definitely because of my experiences I believe V.W. is not the best site for reviewing this kind of Noise/PE releases as they seem to don't get this kind of sounds... I think they're more experienced and keen on reviewing Dark Ambient, Drone, Experimental type of sounds so that's why I am more picky when selecting releases of my label/projects to be reviewed there
