Like listening to paintings! grabbed my attention. That's a great way to describe both Tourette and Toy Bizarre, though Tourette is far more consistent. I see that someone on bandcamp described Tourette as "post-harsh noise", and while I get the gist, it's either lazy or just poorly informed about the history of noise. Plenty have gone noise in their electro-acoustic pursuits and vice versa. Brume, Seth Nehil, MNortham, et al. I'd put Green Tea in this camp. When it's attempted, it usually exposes how extremely talented that person is. Not a lot of half-assers bothering to try it.
