On the flip side is Mikkel Dunkerley’s Pummeler, who constructs some mechanical smoke patterns that slither down glass corridors. Fantastic hand drawn artwork by Matt Yacoub. Limited to 37 copies.
[2AM25] Crystal Plumage | Seventh Circle (c40)German duo Benjamin Laurent Aman and Sean Fergus Barret paint a crimson red apocalyptic drone-scrape perfectly suited for your bomb shelter boom box. Black mold meditations for a radioactive summer. Geiger counter not included. Limited to 40 copies.
[2AM24] Sensible Nectar | Minor Devil (c24)Fresh Baltimore harsh noise heap with all the right ingredients from Justin Marc Lloyd. Mangled junk acrobats and caustic howls made with a toothbrush, a pair of scissors and other things commonly found at Walgreens. Limited to 35 copies.
[2AM23] Musculus | Enfuramiin (c26)Michal Tau jams your brain between two bad dreams on this debut cassette. A two-step static slosh limps through a very lonely fuzz-space, where things identifiably human, but barely audible decorate the peripherals. Limited to 35 copies.
[2AM22] Red Electric Rainbow | Boredom In Paradise (c30)Neon Blossom head dude Daniel Smith soaks up some cosmic rays, or rather, channels them to sculpt some technicolor sound castles. Warm tropical synths sway like breeze blown palm trees. Lets hope the fat kid on the beach doesn’t kick sand on your towel. Nice tan, dude. Limited to 45 copies.
[2AM21] Tidal | Hyperlight (c30)Jimmy Billingham crafts his first release under his new guise “Tidal”; a gorgeous 30 minutes which, with it’s lush textures and beautiful but slightly uneasy vastness, brings to mind what it might feel like to be a homesick astronaut, floating in a huge silent black void, staring back at Earth in awe but with a sense of sadness, realizing just how far from home you really are. Limited to 40 copies.
[2AM20] Wether+Vales+Roped Off | Pure Isolation (c60)Wether crafts a 12 minute ascent into cosmic dirt while Vales riffs on a box of imported Arturo Fuentes and stock animal sounds; dripping red smoke and gold tokens. The two combine as Roped Off for a 30 minute no-edit jam session between a few brewskis and some god-awful Chinese food. Limited to 45 copies.
