Bad Rip Series is a sublabel of Ink Runs Recordings. HNW with a rawer aesthetic, mostly but not exclusively inspired by movies. 1st batch is available:

HNW project by Julien Skrobek. In Hiding is based on William Lustig's 1980 movie Maniac.


Lurid Hallway - Door Two - Bad Rip Series 02

Wall Noise project by Ryne Barber (USA). Door Two is inspired by Giulio Petroni's 1967 movie Death Rides A Horse.

Prolific artist Cory Strand presents two walls inspired by the Joel Silver movie 8MM from 1999. Because He Could offers a quite unique sound within the Static Noise realm, touching on the Eternal Music experiments.


Ruine – Along Walls – Bad Rip Series 04

It's been a while ! This is the 1st release by this death-obsessed HNW project since La Tristesse Durera Toute La Vie on Claustrophilia in 2012. Along Walls presents two slabs of sick and depressive minimalist walls.

Figures Of Solitude - The Night Watchman - BRS07

2xCDr in a DVD box. First release from this project since 2012.  Four 30 minute multi-layered tracks expressing the experience of the watch. The scale is 10 minutes = 1 hour of watch.

Oasis Of The Zombies - Chronicles Of Pain - BRS08

New release by this excellent HNW project by Ivan Sandakov from Russia, aka Sleep Column, Suffocating Respirator and many others. Named after the Jess Franco movie from 1983, Oasis Of The Zombies delivers creepy textures, both wet and brutal.


Tavshed - Ramt - BRS09
Tavshed is from Denmark and is responsible for the previous Alt Er Vel release on Ink Runs Recordings under the name Velfaerd. On Ramt he embarks on a 20-minute journey through white noise manipulation and manages to show his story-telling skills using this most simple but also most complex material.

Each CDr is 5 euros + 1.85 Europe / 2.50 World except the double CDr by Figures Of Solitude which is 10 euros.
