If you're referring to the magazine it's a Japanese magazine dedicated to prepubescent girls.  It's referenced in a few articles (like this one) that are just generally talking about how big Child P-well-you-know is in Japan. it's nothing really as bad as one would find in some fashion and bathing suit magazines as far as the pictures are concerned but due to it's connections and some of the writing and ads in it you won't be finding it just floating around on search engines.
