I hate to make a topic about just one song but oh well.
I just wanted to say I find this piece by Jonathan Canady to be the best thing he has ever done, in any of his projects. The atmosphere is creepy as hell, the synth slowly rises and falls, mutating the whole time. The Russian (Ukrainian?) is spoken just audibly underneath the English translation. It's perfect. Probably my favorite track from the Field Tales comp as well.
I was just curious for those who have heard it what were your thoughts. I like Deathpile but nothing from that project has ever hit me in the way this track does. Just something really different that I've never heard anything else quite like.
