Was just listening KATHARSIS "Suspension Of Belief" LP (RRR/SSS 1989). California industrial/experimental project. Pretty good stuff. Never very noisy, never utterly firm with aesthetic decisions, so very unlikely band to be classic stuff like some more obscure noisy stuff that has some firm or possibly controversial content in artwork or overall presentation.

But still, I prefer listening this kind of stuff over a lot of currently published albums since sound often has something interesting in it. Songs like Bend Your Will doesn't really go that far from old Dissecting Table meets Gerechtigkeits Liga meets kind of "punkier" feel to it. Or title track of album which bounding force and manic female vocals is pretty dark - despite some slightly goofy synth noises are used.

DREAMING TOGETHER "4 edens and a world of shells" LP
Odd Size
It's great for me that nowadays a lot of people don't seem to give a fuck about a lot of old experimental industrial. Things like these are cheap to grab. 1988 release on Odd Size label who has done lots of releases by nice bands. At most "noisiest" one could compare loop mayhem to Vivenza kind of stuff, but most of the LP is softer, synth tones, metal junk scratching, etc. But always good hand-made and innovative use of sounds. Even if name of project remainds of some cheap goth stuff?

Been recommending many friends lots of bands what are now so cheap to obtain, but are still great. Like IMPACT TEST "kill kill kill" LP for example (1992). Or Dark Alceste De Socaï Vômie LP. Now it seems like good moment to score a lot of industrial records for price equal to any generic tape release of 2014.

Projects appear to be largely forgotten. Some certainly for a reason. Others, not sure whether one could say they deserve to be utter discount bin stuff? Maybe Mental is also something. Thinking you could grab split LP with Controlled Bleeding for like 7 euro now...

Anyone else now making scores on seemingly growing supply (..discogs) of seemingly unwanted cheap industrial/experimental LP's? Recommendations for largely forgotten titles? Or just going through the shelves and picking up titles what one has overlooked on own shelves for long time?

If it's overtly expensive cult name.. other topics for it. Good, cheap stuff what fits to atmosphere you probably understand if you know names mentioned above.

A little more straight up noise and less "old school", but the Francois Douris LP on RRR.

The Last Dominion Lost LP on Tesco may fit better with the sort of stuff you have mentioned, although released in the early 2000s but recorded in the 90s.

maybe not so cheap/common, but Pagan Gadget is quite good 'old school' casio vibe, but sufficiently dark and creepy. they changed their name later to VIVIsect (like the skinny puppy album?) and became much more lame. i'm not sure where all these recordings are available in hard copy but there's a bunch on the internet:

this is some of my favorite stuff, 80s pseudo-industrial/electronic weirdo stuff. recently got the If, Bwana/XTSW split CD on Anckarstrom for decently cheap. there's so much of this stuff just floating around that nobody cares about. and then when you find something really good it's sort of extra-special, extra-creepiness involved from it drifting out of the past...

Perhaps Cranioclast? Love this album and I think it is pretty cheap these days.  http://www.discogs.com/Cranioclast-Lost-In-Karak/release/267873

Yep. CoC label stuff indeed. While discogs description says Highly admired label, a lot of stuff is cheap. I think there is some Cranioclast stuff mentioned in my playlist comments not long ago. Should probably grab cheap CoC label items that I don't yet have..

It seems like french labels overall are pretty cheap La Légende des Voix, Odd Size (as you mentioned), Metamkine, Nuit et Brouillard and  Front de L'est.

Wasn't Prima Linea something along these lines as well?
