Croatian prodigy Xtematic has already amassed a wealth of a discography on digital and analogue formats, covering just about everything noise. Here he teams up with a Russian newcomer for a mini album of dark ambient based on monolithic drones. This is uneasy listening for those who share an inclination towards the macabre and the obscure. Primordial vibrations and a detailed selection of sounds (of mostly unclear origin), within all six tracks there's not just atmosphere, there's a constant development taking the listener along. Immersive mood music on the edge of the abyss!
