Being a sucker for their first tape on Cthulhu I would like to hear some comments on their newly produced recordings?

I saw there was a tape out on a german label and appearently Rotorelief has published their first tape (demo before "Heavy duty"?) on vinyl.

The "Vertebres..." compilation was a bit of a letdown, I felt it lacked the real power of "Heavy duty".

Got those EV releases Impulsy Stetoskopu did not toolong ago. Havent played them yet, but the presentation is brilliant. Apart from that, their contribution to the "Bruitisme" compilation was very good.

The 'No Signal' CD on Impulsy Stetoskopu was one of my favourites from last year. Also did a short comment about it in the Playlist topic. Highly recommended, at least from my side!

Stefan from New Forces played Heavy Duty for me a few months ago, and I thought it was amazing. He had No Signal in his distro, so I picked that up. Really good junky harshness. Machine sounds and pitchy weirdness break the chopped washes of clashing. Well-used effects and arrangement of textures, so nothing sounds too samey. Love the metal box and the photos of the instruments.

Has anyone heard the Première Unité Bruitiste LP? Apparently it's their previously unreleased first album from 1986.

Have had the Entre Vifs CDs Impulsy Stetoskopu released for quite some time and have been saving them up, so to speak. Played "No Signal" first and was totally amazed. Gritty soundscapes between Industrial crunchiness and HN brutality - marvellous! "Vertèbres" is also astounding, especially as the sound and approach are a bit more murky  (naturally). Both highly recommended and outstanding in quality and presentation!
