Does anyone here use iOS devices?
What apps are you using?

I try to experiment with some iPhone apps for sounds, very much of crap. But little few primitive apps like a "Girl's Voice Changer" (without jokes, ha-ha!) can give a good processing: distortion, delay, flanger, chorus, etc. I use it, can make very interesting sounds.

I'm using korg gadget on ipad 2. Great sounds, good choice of equipments (a little too pricey).
But to take out the maximum result you should use it through hardware fxs, otherwise it sounds too clean

totally agree.
It is good,. also in its desktop version which I recently got as promo and it is impressive.
big fan of the 8 bit synth.

Caustic and Sunvox are two sequencer/DAW type apps with pretty amazing synth and effects possibilities for live and programmed stuff. sunvox is more Tracker/chiptune-esque but by no means limited to 8bit sounds at all, and the instruments and effects are fully modular. Caustic is ugly but very usable with some interesting and noise-friendly synths including an analog style modular which is limited but pretty great

Granular madness. Has not been updated for newer iOS versions in the past two years or so. Have played entire sets using only this and an SP-404sx. Cannot recommend enough, and pray that they update for compatibility with newer versions of iOS. Well worth the $3 if you have an older iOS to run it on (9.3.5 or earlier I guess).
