I saw Broken Tape Choir in 2005 in Cincinnati at a show with Worm Hands (Josh Levi of Radiator Greys + 1) and some local support I cannot remember. They had some tapes and cd-rs at the time. I had picked up a few and listened to them incessantly for years but have since lost them. I remember it being reminiscent of the beautiful moments of some early tape music, maybe akin to some Dog Lady or mellow Dilloway as well. If anyone has any tapes, cd-rs or mp3s I would more than happy to purchase them from you. I would love to hear those sounds again to see if they are as intricate as I remember, or if it was just fresh sounds to me since I was so new to experimental and noise at the time.
