Bed of Sex, Pit of Tar by Breathing Problem is one of my favorites. If it counts, Backwards by Coil, along with Amputaatio and Queen Sheets.

A lot of crap on the Coil one, too.

For me, releases by Am Not, Zyklon SS, Ke/Hil, IFOTS, Kevlar ('Totalism' tape was better than the LP), and Grunt's 'Myth of Blood' come to mind quickly.
Away from the noise, Waffenruhe had a nice tape...

Some albums which were also okay were Pissgrave - Suicide Euphoria, Prurient - Frozen Niagara Falls.

Some of these are very trendy albums, I know, but they're also okay in their own respect. That tends to be the way I find my music, I just hear about what's generally being talked about or get bandcamp updates for artists I bought from. Apparently there's a new Climax Denial and Beketh Nexehmu album as well, I should also check out Mgla (I never payed attention to Mgla).
