Anyone having issues printing download codes from Bandcamp lately? Codes are generated fine and all display on the screen but when printing only 12 come out on page 1, then a second page comes out blank and that's it ("Print Preview" shows the same). Tried different browsers on home and work computers, and even tried re-printing codes from previous releases with no luck. Bandcamp has not replied to my support request.
