I'm currently working my way through this one again. Something that stuck out to me this time around was Peter's remark that the term CSAM is being used more often "because the word pornography apparently didn't have enough rape in it"

I re-read that bit and there has to be some beehive poking going on here. You missed off the point where he finishes the sentence saying "... when specifically placed next to 'child'." This is kind of absurd because the term CSAM is an attempt to force the terminology away from the representation ("porn") to the act behind it ("abuse"), and this is exactly what he does in his work to a certain extent. So to my ears and eyes he's kind of arguing with himself here.

You're right! This might be one of his more...paradoxical works? This one or Ingratitude maybe.

Went to the local library couple days ago and asked for something feeling like a punch in the throat. Got Albin by Czech writer Martin Harnicek. Not a punch in the throat, rather in the face. It works. Quite hallucinating. PE literature at its best.

Now proceeding with Agustina Bazterrica's Cadaver Exquisito (English title: Tender is the Flesh)

Edit: Bazterrica's Tender is the Flesh happened to be an extremely visual, quite revolting and face-punching reading. Extremely recommended as well. FFO truly disturbing dystopian literature AND cannibalism.

Alain de Benoist "On Being a Pagan" an exceptionally engaging essay that explores the deep contrasts between traditional European paganism and Judeo-Christianity. The book masterfully highlights the metaphysical and doctrinal oppositions between these two worldviews through rich historical contextualization and sharp philosophical analysis. I've read the first eight chapters so far and I find it a thoroughly enjoyable read. Despite the academic rigour and the inherent complexity of the subject matter, de Benoist's writing remains really fluent and accessible.
