I put on Negazione – Tutti Pazzi 7" while making this post for nostalgia purposes. Classic.
I broke the battery on my ipod mp3 player so I had to go back to my old high school one which only works if I plug it into the wall:
Brainbombs - Fucking Mess
Brainbombs - Urge To Kill
Atrocious Madness - Demo, Total Control 12" (not an 80's band, defunct Portland politically oriented Noise Punk like confuse, G.A.I., ext. highly recommend all works by this band.)
Various – Downtown Street Punker Anarchy Centre CD (1995 re-issue of 80's tape)
Various - I Thrash Therfore I Am LP (Anti-Cimex,Mob-47, Enola Gay, Ect)
SOB - Thrash Night 7" & Split Flexi w/ Napalm Death
YDI- A Place In The Sun 7" & Demo Tape (Highly Recommend if you have not heard this 80's American punk band)
Capitalist Casualties - 1988 Demo Tape, The Art Of Ballistics 7" (Slap A Ham), Disassembly Line LP (Slap A Ham) Incredible first period of this California group shows great tension in their DRI inspired music, their lyrics point to very specific instances of injustice and turmoil, not some general heuristic complaining like some other bands of this transitional period.
Tar Babies - Face The Music 7" very obscure and groovy 80's hardcore from the usa
Adrenaline O.D. - Let's Barbeque 7" EP I dont even know why I like this but after 5 listens it rises above most other bands of this style...their lighthearted humor turns to black comedy for me.
Napalm Death - Live 7" (Guts Records 1989) Bootleg live set from the masters, when they were still kids and sounded a lot like heresy and ripcord
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25A10fUetaUSiege - Drop Dead (Recorded 2/6/84 & 10/26/84 at Radiobeat, Boston, Mass.) Lp on Deep Six & CD on Deranged
Agnostic Front United Blood
Iron Cross - Crucified For Your Sins Discography
Corrosion Of Conformity - Eye For An Eye LP Incredible record right here which will never get old.
Attitude Adjustment - No More Mr. Nice Guy LP this is the best attitude adjustment recording and will blow you away the singer of my old band's uncle Tom Mallon recorded this record and a fuck ton of others:
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Tom+MallonSorto - 1984-1986 7"EP from Tornio Finland been listening to this a lot lately...
United Mutation - Fugitive Family 7"

You already know about Apt.213, and while the first 7" is still their best, I recommend their discography CD and everything they've done after it. I probably like them more now than I did when they formed.
Apartment 213 & more importantly Lockweld are a huge influence on the development of my noise music.

Kawakami did an excellent noise project called Black Goat aka Goatworshipper. Im sure many already know about it so I can add that It sounds sonically better than most other "harsh" noise I have listened to.
That Italian HC doc looks excellent.
