I got my stuff from the cherry icees! After ordering a CD from them about a year ago, it never arrived to me and I was sorta depressed, so I just didn't bother messaging them back about it. Cept I ordered a cassette from them and said the CD never got to me but I'm glad the money is going to the band, just making sure the cassette gets to me as well. So I got a hand written letter from the lead singer herself and stickers, a t shirt, and the CD they forgot to send last year! Seriously made my day.

I don't have all the stuff I ordered in yet, I still have to wait for a cassette by flowers taped to pens, an ambient CD, and a cassette from the hardcore punk band gay kiss.

It takes a while for him to answer to emails. Also, theres nowadays a checkout system @ http://www.nhfastore.net/ which is mentioned at least on the freak animal site. Otherwise shipping has been always fast for me and real quality service. The northern heritage/freak animal sites are remains from the not-so-olden days when there wasnt a checkout system (which I actually prefer because I don't trust a online checkout system and such things in general).
