Kind of related to this, his point about too many single young men without a partner causing violence, this is the exact problem China is going to have, or is already having. The one child policy and a strong preference for male vs female means too many men and not enough women. So the solution will probably be sham marriages with poor Asians from Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam etc just to keep the single young chinese happy. Que huge sex trafficking problems in the future

Re China and angry, single young men. With my limited knowledge on the subject I'd agree on your point. I think somewhat related is the extreme shut-ins of Korea and Japan which are perhaps another avenue of "disorder" that single you men can go down. Though in Korea and Japan while there are certainly more women to men than in China, it seems like there are still a host of cultural quirks that allow for involuntary celibacy and general isolation from society at large.

Re Jordan Peterson, I guess what I find the most amazing, though why I'm amazed I don't know, is that so many people have such a strong desire to have someone tell them how things should be, how they should organize their life, and what they should believe in. Just because somebody agrees with your inner-monologue doesn't mean you need to deify them. Just because your opinion is unpopular it doesn't make you a martyr.   this whole idea of queuing like fucking pigs in a slaughterhouse to have someone shake your hand and tell you you're right is so fucking disgusting.

Japan and Korea are a completely different world, there was a great article about how japan is becoming sexless, ie the young people are no longer wanting to have sex. Of course its a retreat from the world and a defense position against rejection but how fucked up as a society do you have to be where young people are rejecting sex?

It's why i find AV so damn interesting, they have whole sub genres devoted to housewives doing porn because it is the only way they have sex because their husbands are working such long hours then going out drinking with the boss.

Yeah that one had me laughing out loud while I read it. Reminded me of when a girl I was with flipped out because I referred to a racoon as a coon and she thought I was being wildly racist when I was just talking about trash pandas.
