I think Bandcamp is a great site. Nice, simple layout and easy to use... I like the fact you can sell physical releases as well as downloads (either directly through BC, or via an outside link). The 200 downloads a month only applies to free downloads- you can always add a file storage link to the page if you think you'll exceed the limit.

Yesterday, I put up a free release on bandcamp commemorating the 100 year anniversary of the Villisca Ax Murders which happened in my home state. True crime inspired noise. Soundcloud link is also on that page.
