I remember reading about a previous similar case which was mentioned on here. In one of the articles it talked about PETA having a small division of hacker type people that look out for stuff like this an expose the people behind it. That case involved a black dominatrix, last I read the couple were going to get off because they were arguing they had a right of freedom of expression. No idea what the outcome was.
