Heh. From my personal experience. Our workplace was asked to form a group of specialists to visit a seminar in USA embassy a week ago. And the group was rejected because... there were too many men (the field I work in is mostly men). And then the group was reformed from various companies to include mostly women in order to satisfy "gender equality" factor. It's not that I'm very offended by losing the possibility to have a cup of good american coffee tomorrow morning, but it's an interesting step.
