Like to recommend a couple new projects/bands from Lord Warmoon, formerly known from somewhat new comer Finnish BM horde Morgal. Devil Moon and also Mutant Sex Demon. Devil Moon - Fucked By The Devil released on CD by Polish label Old Forest Production and also Mutant Sex Demon - Filth Messiah CD also by Old Forest and Mutant Sex Demon - Cutting Through CD released by Dominance Of Darkness in Germany. This is some very good black n roll filth, black n speed punk debauchery! Highly recommend to those seeking this type of degenerate black metal that is riddled in riffs of alcoholic madness and pure devil worship! Definitely something to check out if you're into bands like Bonehunter, Shitfucker, Abigail, ect! You will NOT be disappointed! Perhaps some remember Sperm Angel, these new bands seem to be a continuation of that style!

Black Metal recordings that captured attention lately, not all new, but I was very much into GRAND MOOD. I have heard the old stuff, but before the compilation CD didn't somehow pay much attention to recordings. Also the comp CD I had in store when it came out, but took some more copies and ended up listening to it and was captured by the feeling of recording instantly! CD compiles everything.

WOLFNACHT "Erberinnerungen" CD, possibly one of the very best symphonic Black Metal releases out there. For me a lot of symphonic orchestral BM sounds like it takes the "romantic tapestry" side of orchestration, but lacks the compositional depth. I know some guys talked about this album as "disney metal", since they'd consider orchestral elements like movie soundtrack. For me it's the opposite. Album is heavily composed, where traditional metal instruments are the leading role and the songs have a lot of substance as metal songs, and as addition there is well made orchestration. Band sounding like nothing else out there.

Grand Mood is grand, the comp sparked my interest in the CW Prod. stuff.

I'm curious to know what the people around here think about this projetc. As much as I loved Silencer, I guess I do enjoyr this release even more; not least because of its genuine organicity and haunting atmosphere. Makes me think of Klinkal Skum aswell.

I recall stumbling upon this while looking at Antichrist Kramer's design outputs. The project's name intrigued me a lot. When I learnt it was Nattramn's project, I felt like a teenager listening to BM for the first time again: excited, intrigued, confused, not truly able to understand everything. Having been a fan of Death - Pierce Me album for years before that, it felt strange to hear Diagnose: Lebensgefahr. Time to give it a listen again. It's been a long time.

You're probably also aware of this other short-lived project Trencandis ? Fond memories of listening to its only song, Odelagt, late at night, sometimes sober, sometimes quite alcohol-dumbed, alone or with my best friend, on a loop almost. I wonder if Humani Animali Liberati is somehow still active? It definitely was until some years ago, might be wrong...

Update: I had very little memory of this record. Amazing is quite a fitting way to describe its varied nature from start to end - I was surprised to (re)-discover this "techno" (?) part with screaming vocals in the middle of the album? I don't think i ever heard it before, for a reason or another. There's a decent rip on youtube with scans from the booklet which make the listening way more interesting when wishing to dwelve into it. As soon as I saw again the pig head drawing, the GrishjÀrta book immediately came back to my mind. Has it ever been discussed here? I haven't checked yet. I never had a chance to grab a physical copy of it back then, so I could only satisfy my curiosity by downloading the PDF file available on archive.org

I think Diagnose: Lebensgefahr would be worth starting a topic dedicated to it only, hoping other people would eventually like to come forward and share their opinions about it, or shed more knowledge even.

I have been on an East Indian black metal kick as of late. Particularly Dakini and Nirakriti. I already knew about Tetragrammacide but I had not realized they are part of a broader "circle" called the Kolkata Inner Order Propaganda. It scratches the same itch for me as South American Black Metal. Absolutely FUN-TASTIC!

The Kolkata Inner Order Propaganda stuff is neat a collective of bands indeed! I'd Highly recommend checking out this split called Impending Insidious Indo-Asian Imperium. It's a 4 way split between two bands from the Kolkata Inner Order Propaganda (Naramedha & Vadhakarmadhikarin) and two bands from the 4444 Reich (Biological Warfare & Sewerhermit) It's some really noisy/goregrind/black metal stuff! Falls more so in line with stuff like Revenge/Intolitarian/Nyogthaeblisz. Has the spirit of black metal displayed through antisocial misanthropy!

I forget if Kapala is part of that "circle," but they are fantastic as well (especially the rehearsal video on Youtube) if you like Goatpenis-style black/death metal.  The bands associated with Ravaan Kommand in Sri Lanka are also amazing.

I believe Kapala is part of the Kolkata Inner Order Propaganda. There is actually a new label formed called Kali Yuga Konspiracies. I'm not sure who's behind the formation of the new label, but I suspect someone within the Kolkata Inner Order.

Thanks for the recommendations, guys.

Like Balor said, the Raavan Kommand stuff is also excellent and is a fascinating example of convergent evolution in this scene. I was in Sri Lanka in 2017 and came very close to seeing Genocide Shrines in action but couldn't because of some work-related bullshit.

Antihumanism

Aigro mucifelam "lost sounds depraved" cd/lp

After some sniffing true black metal comes out of speakers, from beginning to end a great album.

Being intrigued by something is for me a good radar for acknowledging new music. Can't say I specifically search for it, but am always amazed when it comes to me.

Anyway, New Golgotha Rising's repress is certainly good news. One of the few CB albums which I don't own currently, and one of the finest moments within last two decade's BM.
