I managed a find GENEROUS Ebayer selling a copy of the new book for a MERE $225 (inc. international postage), on the way right now apparently, after some hassle at customs. I thought if I didn't shell out now I'd have to sell my home for a copy before long. That's my financial limit.
There seemed to be quite a few copies going around this price within weeks of its release. A quick and easy way to make a hundred bucks profit I suppose. One of the more obscure cottage industries.
