"Plus", I've noticed, is a recent new right-on thing. I think I've mentioned "Atheism +" here before - the notion that atheism, on it's own, is no good, you have to also be in favour of various political notions as well.

Contrawise, I've heard of "Antinatalism +", or "Efilism" as it's sometimes called. It's not enough to not have children, it's better to commit suicide.

So, if your radicalism just isn't radical enough, ad a "+" to it. Like putting a donk on it.

The University College London research, published in the Journal of Alzeheimer's disease, questioned the families and friends of 48 dementia patients, who had known them for more than 15 years before their disease took hold, many whom noted that their relatives' sense of humour had changed.

But this is what dementia does. It changes the personality. As far as I've seen it breaks down the usual social inhibitors that we all build up to function in this fucking world and thus brings out what we really are. You piss anywhere you feel like, you say whatever obscenity you want, you act out your basic instincts. Laughing at other peoples' accidents is the tip of the iceberg. When we get some form of dementia, everything changes.
