To talk extensively about noise is probably what some would file under "long winded-prattling" anyways. That is not the problem.

He has been told via private messages and on the forum more than once. He has been forwarded forum guidelines.
In history of forum, I guess 2 guys have been kicked out.
If someone wants to rant endlessly non-related off-topic, that's what they can do at blog, facebook or whatever.
It is not to be done in forum as it leads to same results we have seen in other forums before.

This forum is first and foremost for noise/experimental and lets say "cultural interests" loosely connected to it.

i think this thread is mostly dumb too, i agree with you. i was just making a lighthearted comment cos you seemed to be asking for noise talk in the butthurt thread.

I can see quite detailed statistics of forum as admin. So I can see that this topic, while being popular based on amount of messages & posting, this topic ain't that popular based on views.
It barely goes to top-10 topics based on views, but even that successful position is probably due fact that it's 2nd most popular topic to post - right there after "playlist". And therefore just about always on top of page.

So conclusion would be, that what we have here, is constant bombardment of silly news links what hardly anyone wants to see. But you do as it is here on top threads all the time and just happen to click it. Just like you hardly can escape them in social media, because it is being throw at your face restlessly. Of course I am not advocating we need safezone free of crap news (haha...!) but when topic ORIGINALLY was started to ridicule the political correctness of totalitarian level, than slowly shifting to post links of whatever butthurt someone had in world (and therefore topic name was changed). And little by little, it seems it wasn't really about laughing at someone butthurt, but posts themselves being whiney.

I'd assume, there are many levels between being moralist, judgmental, critical, ironic and butthurt whiney, etc.  Some of these qualities are just fine, some even highly valued. But when you get guys, who are culmination of look-at-my feelings whiney butthurts -types, then I guess topic is just about closing the circle, ain't it?

But knowing that very few people views this, it's easy choice to just let it be there for amusement of those few.

Nevertheless, I assume it may be just relevant critical question if people choose to be whiney gossip dwelling girls, just reacting on world, or rather pick up maybe a notch more creative and inspiring outlet for little free time they may have?

If I get sick of anything here I wont be demanding Mikko "clean it up" to my liking, I'll just leave it alone like I've done with other forums. That ooOOetc kid was fucking annoying, yes, but he was a pretty extreme case - one of the most extreme cases I've seen on a forum in years, I think, and I didn't expect him to last (surprised he lasted as long as he did, actually. I got the measure of him after his first whinging long post or two. I think Mikko is pretty damn easy going with a lot of bullshit here, and I think it's good policy). He struck me as a messed up young individual who may very well get over a lot of his shit to the point where he's more bearable. Humans tend to be at their worst in their teens to early twenties, I've noticed.

Personally I can't think of a single person here I'd be so upset about that I'd message Mikko about them. If anyone pisses me off that much on a forum it's easy as pissing to just ignore them. I honestly think a lot of smart-arsery here is pretty minimal compared to, again, other forums. I don't see a lot to complain about at all.

I used to live and work in Berkely CA.  That relatively small part of the bay area must be 50% full of people who think they are dragons or crows or cats. And will insist that you treat them as such.  (and they are also 'chemically sensitive' so don't wear hygeine products near them!)

I was not literally threatening violence. I'm not like a martial arts bad ass. But I have been in a few fights and really hurt people. I honestly was not aware there were so many people out there that identify as animals, objects, or mythological fantasy creatures. I understand the appeal of dragons to the modern new age era 'pagans' out there since like most people in the occidental world they're mentally ill and desperately seeking an escape from their own mundane lives and lack of metaphysical/spiritual fulfillment like almost everyone else...but a chair?
