Well, this is both great and terrible news, as I pre-ordered Kee MacFarlane directly from NBB some years back and the cunt didn't provide me with the book, or a refund, and subsequently ignored numerous polite e-mails requesting a solution. If anybody in the UK decides to buy this at some point, I'm happy to pay you a little extra for snagging another copy and sending it my way.

Yeah. Not really sure I understand Sotos' thinking here. I've heard of flying under the radar, but publishing 50 or so copies...?
