This is what makes a lot of older compilations really difficult to do. There has been several Industrial Recollections was about to do, with approval of former label who curated them, most artists.. but then one or more didn't want to do it. Making incomplete reissue would feel odd, so nowadays its very unlikely I would even try reissuing compilations as it is likely just wasting time on thing that won't happen.
There are couple new IR/Audio Dissection titles that should be done asap.
